CedarJac Farms LLC — Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer a few different ways to purchase from us, and cancellation terms vary depending on which one applies to your order.

One-Time Orders (Farm Goods, Bakery, Apothecary)

Orders can be canceled or changed only before they are prepared for pickup or delivery. Once an order enters preparation, it cannot be canceled, since farm and bakery goods are prepared and set aside specifically for that order.

To cancel or change an order before preparation begins, contact us at charissa@cedarjacfarms.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Subscription / CSA Orders

If you are enrolled in a recurring or subscription order (such as a bread or produce CSA), you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. To take effect for the next billing or fulfillment cycle, cancellations or pauses must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge or fulfillment date. Requests submitted after that window will take effect starting with the following cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle until canceled. You will not be charged for a cycle you've successfully canceled or paused ahead of the deadline above.

Digital Products (App, Ebooks, Notion Templates)

Digital products, including the Real Cost Calculator app, ebooks, and Notion templates, are one-time purchases delivered instantly upon checkout. Because delivery is immediate, these purchases cannot be canceled once completed. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on what is and isn't refundable for digital products.

How to Cancel

For any purchase type, the fastest way to request a cancellation or pause is to email charissa@cedarjacfarms.com with your order number or the email used at checkout. We'll confirm whether your request falls within the applicable window and let you know the outcome.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
